Statutory rights. This Return and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If our services do not conform to your contract (e.g. not as described or not of satisfactory quality), you may have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the law.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Chalvornswyxol, we are committed to providing high-quality travel planning consultation services. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a fair refund policy in addition to your statutory rights.

Consultation Service Refunds

Our refund policy for consultation services is as follows:

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation
  • No refund for missed consultations without prior notice

Package Refunds

Before Consultation Begins

Full refund available if you cancel before any consultation work has begun.

After Initial Consultation

If you are not satisfied after the initial discovery call, we offer a full refund of your package fee. This must be requested within 7 days of the initial consultation.

During Itinerary Development

Once itinerary development has begun, partial refunds may be available based on the work completed. We will assess each case individually.

Completed Itineraries

Once a final itinerary has been delivered and approved, no refunds are available for the consultation portion of our services.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your consultation at no additional cost if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a rebooking fee.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your booking reference or order number
  • The date of your consultation or purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergency, we may offer alternative arrangements or flexibility beyond the standard policy. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
